At United Country - Bandon, we are giving away home warranties to our residential listing customers.  A home warranty offers peace of mind for sellers while their home is on the market. The United Country Home Protection Plan is offered in Coos County exclusively by United Country - Bandon.

As a Buyer, Home Warranties may be available for your new home as well.

A typical plan for sellers includes coverage for the following*:

• Permanently Installed Sump Pumps
• Built-In Whirlpool Motor/Pump Assemblies
• Instant Hot Water Dispenser
• Polybutylene Piping
• Internal Electrical System
• Water Heater
• Dishwasher
• Garbage Disposal
• Built-In Microwave
• Range/Cooktop/Oven
• Trash Compactor
• Exhaust Fans
• Septic System (requires certification)

Buyers enjoy two additional covered items*:

• Heating System
• Ductwork
• Air Conditioning (Optional with fee*)

We offer these warranty packages to buyers and sellers in order to better serve our customers.

*Coverages should be verified through The Warranty Group and United Country Home Protection Plan.  Coverage is subject to change. There are several additional coverage options, which includes the Smart Buyer Option, Additional Buyer Coverage Option and the HVAC Option. Typical and base plans are free of charge for United Country - Bandon customers.  Additional coverages may be purchased separately by individuals.  Home warranties are written by The Warranty Group, which has over 40 years of experience in the warranty business and is the premier single-source provider fo service contracts in the world.  The United Country Home Protection Plan, through The Warranty Group, is insured by Virginia Surety Company, Inc.  Deductibles apply and are the sole responsibility of the buyer or seller.
